However, as you have purchased a custom rank, please also create a ticket providing your transaction ID, your custom rank name you want, and also the Hex colour or even just a general colour you want the rank to be. (Lucnoxity) will be notified to create your rank and confirm the purchase. As well for your ingame rank you must use your ticket to decide the rank/hex colour for ingame. You are allowed to have it the same as your discord custom rank, they can also be seperate names.
